I thought I would start by giving you an overview of our web sites. I run two web sites as I mentioned in the first post and we currently have over 300 luxury Orlando villas to rent, these are all privately owned and all close to Disney World.Every villa and condo on web sites has a large selection of high quality photos and a 360 Virtual Tour so you can get a real feel for the property before you book.
We offer villas and condos from 2 bedrooms up to 8 bedroom homes, all the villas have private pools and the condos have community pools which are free to guests.
Once you have decided which Orlando villa you want to book all you need to do is either call the owner direct or send them an email with your dates etc and they will arrange everything for you.
All the villas are maintained by local mangement companies and are on call almost 24hrs a day if you have any problems.
We have a large selection of villas on some of Orlando’s top short term rental communities such as Formosa Gardens, Windsor Palms, Windsor Hills, Ridgewood Lakes, Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and many more.
We will also be adding a selection of villas on the Gulf Coast starting in Fort Myers.

The sites you run are very informative to both villa owners and guests to the Orlando and Disney experience. You were highly recomended and the help and support you have given me as a villa owner has been first class.

booked a villa through this site in dec 06 and stayed in april 07, weather was awesome, food great and all atractions did not disappoint, but what made the trip really good, was having the benefits of having a home away from home, so after a busy old day of shopping or theme parks, i could swim in my pool take a hot tub, bbq and get a little tipsy on margaritas or bud lite, a particluar favorite of mine.
Having been before and normally used a hotel, when i go again its a villa all the way, i’m converted.
